Another sucky update

HAI. yes. I know it's been a while since an update and this blog has had like almost a 1000 views which is so bizarre to me, but also really really cool.

I finished all my college apps and I sent them all out and now I have to wait to see if anyone even wants me cause I'm pretty much useless in everything involving school (except for essays).

Actually I saw my old 6th grade teacher and he asked me what my older sister was doing and my mom told him how she went to SC and LMU and he was like "OH BIG SHOES TO FILL" and I was about to be like " yah I know dude..I KNOW" all sarcastically but then he quickly added that I don't have to fill anyone's shoes and that I'm my own person with my own path and I felt a little bit better about myself. He also said I grew up beautiful c:

maroon updates

Since the last time I updated my blog, nothing much has changed.
My classes have been killing me but it's pretty much my fault for picking classes that involve so much reading. The one class I absolutely detest has to be political science (looking at you nyugen).

Other than that everything has been peachy keen in all other aspects in life. Ever since the one blog made about me on tumblr took stuff from this blog, I've been a bit...weary about what I post on here.
I think I'm just going to start posting outfit pictures (not that they're any good) and just talk about small tidbits about my day. I rather do that than to get bombarded with hate mail again.

Designing

It's so hard thinking of ideas on what to put on shirts, especially when you suck at drawing hahahaha

My little sister told me to put a banana on a shirt with some silly phase.

Or to take a picture of our dog and put it on a shirt. I told her that no one would that and she proudly claimed that she would buy it in a heartbeat. 
(She's pretty cute)

And then when I do have some sort of idea on what to draw, someone somewhere has already thought of it and its on a shirt.

School is starting the 23rd and I kind of have mixed feelings about it.
Obviously no one likes going to school cause of all the work load and shit but ughhhh.
I'm happy that I'll start getting into a routine of studying (HAHAHAH maybe) and doing homework, but at the same time I'm going to be stressed cause now I have to start seriously deciding what I want to do with my life.

It stresses me out thinking that I have to start applying to actual colleges and doing that whole process. What if no school accepts me? THEN WHAT DO I DOOOOOOO.

Unfortunately, whoever spent the time taking pictures from my blog jumped the gun and thinks that I'll be taking images from google and tumblr to make my shirts...

Anyone in the t-shirt business knows that it's wrong to steal people's art, I obviously know that too. I guess I should have updated my blog on the fact that we have to create designs to sell on the shirts..MY BAD ANON MY BAD.

Obviously when I made the first two shirts I was just trying to see if the Avery transfers worked, which they're kinda crappy so don't use them unless YOU HAVE TOO.

Sun Glory

The most difficult part of doing this cool little business thing was coming up with a name.
At first, we wanted Noctis (which means night in latin), BUT SOMEONE ALREADY HAD IT.

Every name we came up with was apparently being used already by other people T____T

But Mark and I have finally decided on SunGlory. At first I was like "That sounds so stupid" but it kept popping up in my head so I was like LETS JUST DO IT DAMNIT.

Here's the font we came up with:

I mean, I dunno...I like it with the font and I can see it as the logo on shirts so I'm super excited. We have everything we need now so I'll keep you posted.

I'M NOT DEAD

WORLD. YES. I'M ALIVE.

This summer has been so busy! I've been doing something almost everyday which I loveeeeee cause that has never happened before. 

I'm still working on this shirt business with my better half and we're finally making progress

- We got our cool ass printer

- we got our heat press for the shirts

- got transfers

The only thing left that we need is the ink and we are ready to go!

I'm so excited oh ma gaaaaaad. And our other side business (selling stuff on ebay) has been awesome too. We made over a $1000 in sales in a little over 3 months!

I still have a month of summer left, but I'll make the best out of it.

So since it's the summer and I've started on some cool projects with my better half, I've been keeping myself busy which I love~

The new thing we've been doing is making shirts! 

I've been finding images online and having my bf edit them on photoshop (which he's a genius at btdubz). I also find the shirts and I've been cutting them so they turn into crop tank tops which I find really cute c:

It's been like...90+ degrees where I live and I. do. not. enjoy. it. 

I'm writing this post on July 3rd which is ironic given the title of the post but I don't care call the police you fuqqin pigs. 

(I just really enjoy calling people pigs) 
(no offense if you are, in fact, a pig) 

I've been selling my clothes that I don't use online and it's actually going fairly well. I'm doing this business thing with my better half and things so far are going smoothly. 

We're finally getting the hang of pricing and shipping and posting cool pictures and all that. It's good for getting money on the side, but were both hoping that it will blow up and that will turn into billionaires or something. (I'm rooting for it.)

Hello Summer

Today was my first official day of Summer vacation! I can't wait to do so many things with my bf and my friends and just doing things for myself. 

Hopefully I'll be able to figure out what I should do about school and where I want it too lead me......it's the biggest stress of my life.

Painted over portrait and letters with the color of my soul

Peel the stickers-EXTRA CAREFULLY, and voila~ 

It came out so good ahhhhhhhh I'm in love.
